Beautiful Pillows Returns:

Any item may be returned within 10 days. Please package item(s) securely and include packaging slip recieved with product indicating the reason for the return. Please be sure the package is taped and clearly labeled and sent with insured postage paid.

Do not send any package C.O.D as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D. Customer pays shipping unless our error. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.

Orders ship Monday through Friday only.
